- Actively Serving within GUTS
- Nomination and Election

DUTIES:
Facilitate and lead the monthly SC meetings. All the same duties as an SC member. Coordinate with the secretaries and other members of the SC to create and adhere to an agenda. Discuss any issues that require attention with the BM chair and include the SC feedback that gets placed on the website for the relevant month. Keep track of the discussion between SC members because the solutions and ideas that get proposed helps the group during the BM. Be mindful of any GC that was voted on previously but has not been facilitated or any issues that require SC action. It is highly suggested to read the previous BM notes and to keep one’s own notes for the SC meeting. Motion for each topic on the agenda to go to the BM. All motions/proposals must be “Seconded and Passed” to go to the BM.
