Committees/Workshops Meeting Host & Co-host Service Details: 30 days of continuous sobriety for a Co-host position. 60 days of continuous sobriety and 20 Co-hosting shifts are required to become a Host. A person not meeting that sobriety requirement may be inducted as a service member by Group Conscience. If a current service member relapses, they are required to take a service break of at least seven days of continuous sobriety before Co-hosting and 60 days before hosting again. Hosts/Co-hosts can assign sponsees to assist them, with the approval of the group. Hosts have the latitude to co-host people if needed. If a service member decides to quit or relapses and would then like to return to service after seven days, they must be voted back into service by Group Conscience. Service members will receive a strike if they miss three service commitments in 30 days (no call, no show); hosts must notify Scheduling Secretary with no shows.
