1) DAILY REFLECTION
WILLINGNESS TO GROW – If more gifts are to be received, our awakening has to go on.

2) APPRECIATING NATURE
Spending time outside in nature can seem almost magical. As you breathe in the fresh air, feel the warmth of the sun, or watch the stars on a clear night, you can feel anxiety and stress fading away. Take in all the beautiful sights, smells, and sounds that surround you as you feel them calming your nerves, allowing for a time of peaceful reflection.
4) STEP TEN
The 10th Step, focused on daily inventory and self-reflection, helps us maintain emotional sobriety and continue our growth journey. By examining thoughts, actions, and motives each day, this step empowers us to identify areas for improvement, resolve lingering issues, and stay aligned with a path of recovery.
4) SELF AWARENESS
The more self-aware we become, the more we begin to understand others and their struggles. Addiction is notorious for making us feel alone, but self-awareness in recovery is a reminder that we are all just people trying to cope. The more we see our own triggers and patterns, the more empathy we have for others.
