Open Discussion of New Motions to take to Steering Committee

1. Increase prudent reserve from $500 to $1000
2. Use some funds to send out ships

• Use some money to advertise online

1. Create a budget for expenditures
2. Use money to give out a subscription to the Grapevine each month, draw names out of hat
3. Add to script a call for a Burning Desire along with an explanation

• Need to address the issue of blocking people
• Have merch/swag for sale, any profit goes to GUTS & GSO

1. Service members must cover shift – if they have three strikes, they would then be subject to disciplinary action under our GUTS service guidelines
2. Everyone in service must fill in availability requirements online
3. Revisit idea of a set schedule – have back up Hosts/CoHosts

• Make it a requirement of service that a member set up their availability
• Find out if there is a way to find out who is making “mistakes” with booting and muting/unmuting, happening too often, Jeremy is already working with Zoom on this but will explore more
