- Use money from 7thtradition to fund trip for members to meet up in person, second fund would be required for fiscal transparency. 7th tradition is used for ORC, Zoom Room costs and potential scheduling software. Do we as an AA group want to use our funds for a non 7th tradition purpose? Discussion ensued. Tabled motion
- Limit on Steering Committee terms-2 consecutive terms only in spirit of rotation. Motion amended to all service positions. Motion passed.
- Clarification and use of daily cohost thread. Do all messages need to go to Leona (scheduler)? This is in direct contradiction to the training guidelines for host and cohosts. Discussion ensued. Motion made to reinstate thread passed. Motion to keep current system in place passed.
- Group inventory approved and the group is giving Sally a nudge to introduce Thom to group. Tabled until Sally presents.
- Cohost guidelines on booting; there are string opinions. Should cohosts be allowed to boot from the waiting room based on name? Booting without consulting other cohosts of members for being disruptive. Al refers to Safety and our General Welfare. Discussion ensued. Motion to boot names like Adolf Hitler (or obvious names) passed.
