- Motion Passed: Service member will receive a strike if they miss 3 service commitments in 30 days (no call, no show); hosts must notify Leona with no shows
- Keeping meeting open another hour – fellowship discussion – will create a new, separate fellowship room

- Discussion of issues within threads – harassment, verbal abuse, etc. and the need to be civil and adult
- Motion: If someone is being abusive or disruptive in the threads, they may be booted for 24-72 hours (starts at boot). They will be assessed by a Steering Committee member who will contact them asap. SC must be notified of the issue in the threads asap.

- Discussion of anniversary (Nov. 2nd) – we will have 2 rooms open, the main GUTS room which will have meetings as planned (with costumes and the OG hosts hosting), and a second room for the celebration that people can sign up to host an hour in
- Discussion of people not doing their positions effectively:
- Both Hosts and Cohosts can “call out” people not doing their job
- Hosts have latitude to Cohost people if needed
- Reminder: Hosts must notify Leona if cohosts miss their shift
- Jeremy and Kalyn want to return to service – will be told to contact Leona
