General Rules

• SC Priorities
  • Al gave background and context. All current legal documents showed
• • Board Member requires 1 year sobriety and active in service – passed.
    • Proposal to amend and open two Board positions to people outside of SC – passed
      • Secretary SC/ Board = 1 year term – passed
      • SC chair/ Board President = 1 year – passed
      • Treasure SC/Board – 1 year term- passed
      • All other SC positions remain at 6-month term – passed

Tabled Items

• There is a claim that some members of the service team have “bad mouthed” members, this has become a serious problem.  Current guidelines are strike policy for harassment.  How do we enforce or discourage this?
• Training team requests training room and breakout room for training use (secondary room to GUTS room)

• Request that each host may add an additional topic of their choice for the hour, if they desire – along with the daily topics
• Lisa S. has compiled a document noting inconsistencies on the website and in the training documents. Can the changes take place in its entirety? This will bring the website and training documents in alignment with current GC.
