    • Al is still the group’s Treasurer, Steering Committee member, and a Board member. Due to current GC, certain positions are entangled with the Board and the SC

      • Elle wants to split secretary responsibilities/Add an Assistant Secretary
        • Co-Secretary duties would include helping Elle (Secretary) with BM/SC notes, keeping info in the threads organized, and posting necessary info that was decided upon by the group

Open Meeting

• Should non-alcoholics be allowed to share?
  • Danielle motioned to have the wording in the script modified to include that this is an open meeting and everyone is welcome to be in the room and offer support. However, only those with “a desire to stop drinking” will be allowed to share.

  • If it’s related to alcohol or alcoholic family members, should the shares be allowed to continue?
    • Shares need to re-directed in a loving and tolerant way (Use share-redirection guidelines)
  • People with alternate addictions
    • As long as a person comes in and identifies as an “alcoholic” or states a desire to stop drinking, members can discuss drugs or other addictions
