1.I ASK GOD TO DECIDE
“I pray that you now remove from me every single defect of character which stands in the way of my usefulness to you and my fellows.”
I don’t decide which defects get removed, or the order in which defects get removed, or the time frame in which they get removed. I ask God to decide which defects stand in the way of my usefulness to Him and to others, and then I humbly ask Him to remove them.

2.CONTROL – LET GOD HANDLE IT
The attempt to control is such a predictable human response to every situation, regardless of age. Have we, even yet, mastered this idea?
3.REAL HAPPINESS

4.OBSESSION
The idea that somehow, someday he will control and enjoy his drinking is the great obsession of every abnormal drinker. The persistence of this illusion is astonishing. Many pursue it into the gates of insanity and death. We learned that we had to fully concede to our innermost selves that we were alcoholics. This is the first step to recovery.”
