2) “Letting go. ”
I was told I had two choices: let go or get dragged!
Some things I’ve not wanted to let go of; however, if I didn’t let go, I was going to drink! And I knew if I drank, I would die!
In those times where it feels like my life is falling apart and letting go will kill me, it has actually been those times where I get closer to God. I have learned to trust Him even when I don’t like it and accept that I don’t need things to be ‘my way’ to be okay.
