LANGUAGE OF LETTING GO

2) Gratitude helps us stop trying to control outcomes. It is the key that unlocks positive energy in our life. It is the alchemy that turns problems into blessings, and the unexpected into gifts.

3) Thus has it been with A.A. By faith, and by works, we have been able to build up upon the lessons of an incredible experience. They live today in the Twelve Traditions of Alcoholics Anonymous, which – God willing – shall sustain us in unity for so long as He may need us.

4) And so our very best thoughts won’t save us. When we are given a program of action, it tells us what to DO, not what to think. Think anything you want, just DO the suggestions (your thoughts will change). What can I do this moment to have an awesome day?
